What are Lucky Visitors?
They are visitors who hit a lucky number on the visitor counter, such as a round, repeating, or sequential number. They are listed on this page and honored forever!
This system was inspired by the "Kiriban" (キリ番) culture found on old Japanese websites. A "Kiriban" is short for the Japanese phrase "Kiri no ii Bangou" (キリのいい番号), meaning a nicely lucky number. Visitors who hit one were often encouraged to report it to the webmaster, and their names would then be listed on the site. Failing to report after hitting one was sometimes even considered bad manners =(ﾟДﾟ=|||). Don't worry, though - reporting a lucky number is completely optional on this site!
How to Get Listed as Lucky Visitors
The Lucky Visitors Report Form will appear when you hit a lucky number that matches the conditions below, and you can send your report from there if you want to get listed.
◆ End with 2 or more trailing zeros (e.g. 100, 32000)
◆ End with 3 or more repeating digits (e.g. 333, 1777)
◆ End with 3 or more ascending sequential digits (e.g. 456, 126789)
◆ Number that reads the same forwards and backwards, at least 4 digits long (e.g. 1221, 50305)
If you hit another lucky number that feels like a neat pattern, birthday, number pun, or etc, report it individually via email or my guestbook!
